In 2017 my life was turned upside down, my husband was arrested and charged with some pretty serious federal charges while we were living in California. When he was arrested there was no bail set as the judge did not trust in my husband to show up for court. Darren was highly recommended by another individual we knew since she was not experienced in federal crimes. Fast forward to our second bond hearing (we now have Darren representing us) my husband was finally released and was able to come home. Throughout the whole time we were waiting to go to court, Darren and his team were always there to answer any questions and of course give any advise. Darren and his team work around the clock so it didn't matter if I was texting or calling at 8am or 8pm during the week or the weekend they were always there to help. When sentencing came, we honestly didn't know what we were up against since he was looking at doing over 15 years but to our surprise my husband was sentenced to 30 months in federal and 3 years supervision when released. Our case was out of Illinois and our residence was back here in Texas, Darren was able to have him self surrender and be released from house arrest until the day he had to turn himself in. So here we are, my husband is almost 4 months in and Darren still reaches out to check on myself and the kids. He also checks in to see how my husband is doing up in South Dakota while he is serving his time. I cannot express enough how much Richie Litigation means to my family, he did what I personally think no other attorney could have got done. He's an awesome individual with a big heart, and in his profession that goes a long way. It means more to me than anything that my family is what he was looking out for through all of this instead of just giving in and taking whatever they had to offer. Richie Litigation is so professional & all the staff was so friendly & welcoming. I called the firm once I realized I needed an attorney to help me fight a car insurance company.
